1. Introduction
Welcome to First Work, an initiative by BizIQ Consulting India Pvt Ltd, designed to build a trusted digital platform for local services across India. These terms apply to all individual service workers, professionals, and small businesses registering as First Work Partners.
By submitting your details on our website, you agree to the following onboarding terms.
Note: This policy applies to the current onboarding and awareness phase. It will be updated when the First Work platform becomes fully operational and begins customer bookings and payment processing.
2. Purpose of Onboarding
This onboarding is aimed at:
Creating awareness about First Work’s upcoming platform
Building a database of interested and eligible service providers
Preparing for a strong launch by having a ready network of local partners
Note: First Work is not yet operational for customer bookings. This registration is part of our early-stage groundwork.
3. Who Can Become a First Work Partner
Anyone offering local services in their area can apply, including:
Individual professionals: Electricians, plumbers, AC/TV technicians, beauticians, tutors, etc.
Small and home-based businesses: Laundry, tiffin, pest control, tailoring, etc.
Service providers across all cities and towns in India
Basic Criteria:
Minimum age: 18 years
Working mobile number
Must provide accurate service details
Willing to submit KYC documents later, once the platform goes live
Note: KYC verification is not required at this stage but will be mandatory before you start receiving bookings after launch.
4. Onboarding Process
Fill out the registration form on First Work’s website
Share basic info: Name, City/Area, Services, Phone Number
Our team may contact you for verification (via call or WhatsApp)
Approved entries will be added to our partner database
You will receive updates when the platform goes live in your area
5. First Work Partner Responsibilities
By registering, you agree to:
Provide truthful information
Maintain professional behavior when work starts
Update your contact details if they change
Submit KYC documents when officially requested
6. First Work’s Responsibilities
First Work will:
Develop and launch a customer-facing platform for service boo
Give priority access to early registered partners
Provide updates, training, and onboarding assistance post-launch
Promote partners through the platform based on performance and rating
7. Service Quality & Conduct
Once active, First Work will collect customer ratings and feedback
Partners with poor service history or complaints may be removed

8. Commission & Payments
As First Work is not yet live:
We are not offering payments, leads, or commissions at this time
This onboarding is for future partnership only
When operations begin, we will share commission structure, payment flow, and related terms in writing
Early onboarding gives priority listing, but does not guarantee income or jobs
Note: No service charges, platform fees, or earnings are involved until First Work becomes fully operational.
9. Legal & Compliance
Partners must follow all local laws applicable to their work
